Certification and re-certification price list

Prices for certification and recertification are effective as of 01 August 2025, and presented in the table below:

Additional information:

* VAT of 21% is not included in the price (MPMA is not yet part of the VAT system)

* A 5% discount applies to members of the Engineering Chamber of of Montenegro

– In cases where certification is conducted outside of Podgorica, the organizer is responsible for covering all travel and local expenses for the MPMA Certification Director and two assessors, as well as for providing a suitable classroom for conducting the certification in accordance with the MPMA CERT procedure and IPMA methodology.

– 5% of discount for the partners of the Montenegrin Project Management Association.

Second attempt for the exam within one application process

If the candidate fails the initial certification process, and candidate would like to repeat the exam within the same application , it is obligated to pay additionally 20% of the price of the certificate 5 days before the exam.

In the case candidate would like to appeal according the established procedure, appeal fees are:

Fees will be applicable after reception of a valid appeal and refunded to applicant or candidate if the appeal’s decision is favorable to the appellant.
