The evidence timescale can be extended by four years to ten years with justification.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Assessement Path:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>The candidate should submit the following documents to the email address <a href=\"mailto:mpma.cert@gmail.com\">mpma.cert@gmail.com<\/a> :\n<ul>\n<li>CV<\/li>\n<li>Application form for initial certification and recertification\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/mpma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Application-Form.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(download)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Executive Summary Report Level C\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/mpma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Executive-Summary-Report-Level-C.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(download)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Self Assessement Form\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/mpma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Self-Assessment-1.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(download)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Complexity Report Form\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/mpma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Compelxity-Raiting-Form.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(download)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Referees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the application has been deemed eligible, the Certification Body invites the candidate to submit proof of payment.<\/li>\n<li>Upon confirmation of payment, the Certification Body grants the candidate access to the written exam. The candidate must provide satisfactory evidence in at least 50% of the competence elements within the relevant domain defined in ICB 4.0.<\/li>\n<li>Upon successful completion of the written exam, the Certification Body invites the candidate to a final interview.<\/li>\n<li>After the interview has been conducted, the Certification Body issues a final evaluation.
