The MPMA Certification Body (MPMA CERT) was established in 2020 with the primary mission of implementing the IPMA Four-Level Certification System (IPMA 4-L-C) in Montenegro, fully aligned with IPMA\u2019s policies, procedures, structures, and practices. MPMA CERT operates as a professional, independent, and impartial body responsible for assessing the competencies of project managers in accordance with IPMA international standards.<\/p>\n

The key document governing the individual certification process is the IPMA International Certification Regulations ICR4 (Public Version). (Download<\/a>)<\/p>\n

By applying this document, MPMA CERT ensures that the IPMA assessment is conducted appropriately, using defined criteria for evaluating individual competencies in project management.<\/p>\n

The first IPMA certification in English for all four levels (A, B, C, and D) in Montenegro was successfully conducted in 2020, in cooperation with our then-regional partner \u2013 SOVNET, the\u00a0\u0410\u0441\u0441\u043e\u0446\u0438\u0430\u0446\u0438\u044f \u0443\u043f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0435\u043a\u0442\u0430\u043c\u0438 “\u0421\u041e\u0412\u041d\u0415\u0422”\u00a0(https:\/\/sovnet.ru\/<\/a>). This certification marked an important step toward the internationalization of the competence assessment process for project managers in Montenegro, in alignment with IPMA standards.<\/p>\n

MPMA, from 2025 in cooperation with its regional partner IPMA Poland (https:\/\/ipma.pl\/<\/a>\u00a0), is the exclusive provider of IPMA certification in English for all four levels (A through D), as well as recertification of individuals in Montenegro.<\/p>\n
