Bilo nam je izuzetno zadovoljstvo da budemo dio programa u organizaciji Ministarstvu prosvjete, nauke i inovacija , JU Centar za stručno obrazovanje: “XXIV Dani obrazovanja i učenja odraslih“, kao gosti PU Organizator obrazovanja odraslih Educo centar iz Podgorice (https://www.educocentar.com/).

Radionica “Upravljanje projektima – IPMA KIDS Program” bila je osmišljena s ciljem da učesnicima – profesorima razredne nastave iz Osnovne škole “Maksim Gorki” iz Podgorice, stručnjacima iz prevodilačkog biroa Educo Centar, kao i članovima našeg udruženja MPMA – približi osnovne principe upravljanja projektima, istakne značaj projektne pismenosti i promoviše naš edukativni program IPMA KIDS.

Ovaj program se uspješno sprovodi u Crnoj Gori od 2022. godine, a od 2023. godine dobio je i zvaničnu saglasnost Ministarstva prosvjete za implementaciju u osnovnim i srednjim školama širom zemlje. Time je potvrđen njegov značaj u razvoju kompetencija mladih kroz projektno orijentisano obrazovanje.

Ciljevi radionice:

• Razvijanje kompetencija za planiranje, realizaciju i evaluaciju projekata
• Praktična primjena alata i tehnika upravljanja projektima u obrazovnom kontekstu
• Podsticanje projektne pismenosti kod djece i mladih kroz IPMA KIDS program

IPMA KIDS je edukativni program Međunarodne asocijacije za upravljanje projektima (IPMA), koji koristi igre, radionice i interaktivne aktivnosti kako bi djeca uzrasta od 6 do 18 godina naučila da planiraju, organizuju i realizuju ideje – vještine koje su dragocjene za svakodnevni život i budući profesionalni razvoj.

Predstavljena knjiga “The Challenge”

U okviru radionice predstavljena je i knjiga “The Challenge” (“Izazov”), čiji je jedan od autora gospođa Sanja Međedović, predavačica i predsjednica Crnogorskog udruženja za upravljanje projektima – MPMA. Ova publikacija je svečano promovisana na Kongresu upravljača projektima u Berlinu, povodom obilježavanja 60 godina postojanja Međunarodnog udruženja za upravljanje projektima – IPMA (International Project Management Association) https://ipma.world/.

Knjiga je koncipirana kao podrška razvoju IPMA Junior kompetencija namijenjenih mladima uzrasta od 16 do 18 godina, pružajući nastavnicima inspirativne alate za uključivanje upravljanja projektima u obrazovni proces. Izdavač ove publikacije je renomirana izdavačka kuća Van Haren iz Holandije (https://www.vanharen.net/products/ ), a knjiga je distribuirana u više od 70 zemalja članica IPMA-e, čime je njen značaj potvrđen i na međunarodnom nivou.

Crnogorsko udruženje za upravljanje projektima MPMA organizuje obuke i sertifikaciju fizičkih lica po međunarodno priznatim IPMA standardima (ICB4 standardu ), za NIVO D.

We are pleased to inform you that we took part of the 7th International Conference “Civil Engineering – Science and Practice”, GNP 2020, which was held in Kolasin in the period 10-14. March 2020, on March 13, 2020 we successfully implemented a one-day session “Project management trends in civil engineering – theory and practice”. The conference is  organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro, in cooperation with the NGO “Construction – Science and Practice – GNP”,

Ms. Sanja Međedović, The President of MPMA, and Mr. Aleksandr Tovb, the President of SOVNET, presented to the participants MPMA and IPMA, as well as the Program for certification of project managers according to internationally recognized IPMA standards. Certificates were handed over to the first project managers in Montenegro, certified according to the IPMA standard, in January 2020, as follows:

Presentation on the Certification Process for Project Managers According to Internationally Recognized IPMA Standards

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to invite you to the “Presentation on the Certification Process for Project Managers According to Internationally Recognized IPMA Standards”, which will be held on October 17, 2019, at the premises of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, located at IV Proleterske Brigade 19, 81000 Podgorica, starting at 3:00 PM.
The presentation is organized by the Montenegrin Project Management Association (MPMA) in cooperation with the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro.

MPMA was established in December 2017 with the aim of organizing, encouraging, and supporting the professional activities of its members, in order to improve their work and professional competencies in the field of project management. At the same time, through its activities, the association contributes to the national and international promotion and further development of the field of Project Management.

The purpose of the presentation is to introduce participants to the certification process for individual project managers and organizations according to international IPMA standards.

This presentation is intended for individuals and institutions currently engaged in, or planning to engage in, project management and managerial activities.
